Abstract The article focuses on the socio-economic impacts of large-scale urban development projects in cities. Both Czech cities and large around world, there is increasing pressure converting previously unused areas (“greenfields”) as well that no longer serve their original purpose are inefficiently used (“brownfields”) to new use purposes. As a result, public administration representatives face difficult decision how change these be consistent with current zoning plan. resulting has explained such way they feel meet needs interests. Therefore, it necessary clearly define describe procedure for assessing benefits important revitalization or regeneration various segments public.
